Challenge: Our client, a leading nonprofit membership organization for college bookstores, came to Suvonni for help in redesigning their out-dated website. They also needed to select and migrate to a new CRM platform that could be integrated into the new website.
Solution: We collaborated with the client to create a purposeful and updated website that allowed their key stakeholders, college bookstores, vendors and partners to easily navigate the site to find what they need. We partnered with our client to find a CRM solution that met their very unique needs. We designed and created a custom plugin that would allow member stores and vendors to access relevant information stored in the CRM, quickly and efficiently from a Dashboard created on the website. The solution provided a holistic and seamless web experience for ICBA and their constituents.
Social Media Audit & Social Media Marketing Strategy Work Plan

Challenge: Our client, a national nonprofit organization leading the charge for service, advocacy and social change for people with disabilities, came to Suvonni for assistance in completing a comprehensive social media audit and developing a social media marketing strategy work plan. They were looking to identify areas of opportunity and improvement in their current social media efforts as well as devising a more strategic approach to their social media marketing.
Solution: In Phase 1 of this project, we completed a comprehensive social media audit of our clients Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn profiles. We highlighted areas for improvement and identified opportunities to increase reach, engagement and actions via social media. In Phase 2, we outlined a Social Media Marketing Strategy Work Plan that included specific strategies per platform, a social media editorial calendar, content recommendations and a complete implementation plan. Upon activation of the strategic work plan, our client has realized significant increases across all social channels in terms of reach, engagement and actioons and is able to better communicate to their audiences with relevant, timely and socially engaging content.

Challenge: Our client, a leading association in Vibration Analysis & Certification, approached Suvonni with the need for a thorough SEO audit of their newly redesigned website. They were looking for a marketing partner who excelled at SEO Strategy as a large part of their business relies on getting grants from Google.
Solution: We conducted a thorough SEO Audit of the client’s website, creating a comprehensive audit report that analyzed their SEO performance across 5 categories, including Technical Performance, Design UI & UX, Content, Online Visibility & Discoverability and Lead Generation / Conversion Optimization. Each page was graded on a 5-point scale across category specific elements and included relevant strategic recommendations for improvements. The final deliverable outlined an SEO strategy and implementation plan based on an immediate, short-term and long-term time-frame. This provided our client with specific actionable plans to improve their SEO immediately and maintain it over the long haul. Our client was able to realize a quick improvement in their page rankings and relevance scores as well as increased traffic and conversions.

We designed the report to be visually appealing, simple to comprehend, yet comprehensive enough to provide timely, relevant and actionable data.
